Registration Form                

You may complete the Camp Dart-Lo Registration Form  online and e-mail it to the camp registrar or you may print it, fill it in and then fax/mail/bring it to the Spokane Camp Fire Office.

If completing the Registration Form online, please download Acrobat Reader 7 by clicking on the link above.  This will ensure you will be able to view and enter information without complications.  Earlier versions of Adobe Reader will NOT work.

Regardless of your preferred method of registration, your session deposit must accompany or follow the registration. You may provide credit card information on the registration form or mail a check.

Please do NOT send cash.

Your camper’s spot will NOT be secured until the deposit is received at the Spokane Camp Fire Office.
